    针对绿水洞煤矿在急倾斜煤层综合机械化开采过程中存在设备故障频发、损坏频率高等现状,通过分析急倾斜煤层综采开采工艺、配套设备技术应用等因素,对生产现场存在的问题及技术应用情况进行总结和分析;重点解析了急倾斜综采开采工艺问题、开采安全问题、综采设备及配套设备性能缺陷;介绍了急倾斜综采自动化工作面成套工艺的关键技术及解决方案,并依据当前广能集团有限公司研发急倾斜综采装备的现实需求,提出了解决急倾斜综采的思路和方向。
  • Abstract
    According to the factors of frequently occurring equipment faults,the high failure rate and other status existed in fully-mecha-nized coal mining process of st eep inclined seam in Lyushuidong Mine,as well as appling fully-mechanized coal mining technique,app-ling matched equipment and other factors,the summarized and anal yzed the phenomenon and problems existed in the production site,stressed the analysis on an evolution of the steep inclined fully-mechanized coal mining technique and th e applied features of hydraulicpowered support,face- end powered support and other coal mining face equipments,and introduced the key technology of completeequipmen t for the fully-mechanized automatic coal mining face in the steep inclined seam. According to the practical requirements ofresearch and development conducted by Guang neng Group Corporation Limited in the fully-mechanized coal mining equipment for steepinclined seam,the paper provided the idea and orientation to solve the problems of the fully-mechanized coal mining in steep inclinedseam.
