  • 摘要
    针对刮板输送机在轻载、空载运行时整机效率低、驱动电动机效率低、供电线路功率因数低等问题,研制了刮板输送机用变频器;开发了刮板输送机在运行过程中根据负载变化在线变频调速的控制策略及技术;分析了运行中节能的方法及技术途径。在山西西山煤电股份有限公司东曲矿进行了为期近6个月的井下工业性试验,采用井下电能计量方式,测量和记录了刮板输送机用变频器工频,以及在线变频调速2种模式下的累计电量、功率因数等运行参数,数据结果表明,刮板输送机采用在线变频调速,运输吨煤节电率可达15%~20%。
  • Abstract
    According to low overall efficiency,low driving motor efficiency,low power factor of power supply line and other problems whenthe scraper conveyor was in li ght load or no load operation,the frequency converter of scraper conveyor was researched and developed andthe control strategy and technology of online frequency conv erted speed regulation in the scraper conveyor was on operation process was de-veloped according to the load variation. The paper analyzed the energy saving method an d technical access in the operation of conveyor. Anunderground industrial trial with a period of 6 months was conducted in Dongqu Mine of Shanxi Xishan Coal and Electric Power CompanyLimited. An underground electric energy metering method was applied to measure and record the accumulated electric power,power factorand other operat ion parameters of the scraper conveyor under two modes of the converter working frequency and the online frequency con-verted speed relation. The data results showed t hat with the application of the online frequency converted speed regulation to the scraperconveyor,the electric power saving rate of the coal transportation per ton could be 15% ~ 20%.
