    为了合理确定钢丝绳的安全系数,以减少提升设备的投资成本以及运行过程中的能耗,提出了全新的立井提升钢丝绳安全系数计算方法。在钢丝绳安全系数计算中,综合考虑了正常提升过程中各种冲击力、钢丝绳扭转应力、张力不平衡等因素的影响,并结合钢丝绳弯曲疲劳、磨损、腐蚀、断丝等因素,引入钢丝绳的残余破断系数,得出了正常提升工况下安全系数计算方法。建立了提升机在非正常工况(全力矩制动、提升容器过卷及卡住)时的振动方程,研究了其动力冲击特性,并计算出相应的冲击系数。基于对各种工况的理论计算与分析,确立了能够满足使用要求的钢丝绳安全系数,确保钢丝绳在正常情况下的安全使用及在非正常情况下不会被拉断。
  • Abstract
    In order to rationally determine a safety coefficient of the steel wire rope and to reduce the investment cost of the hoisting equip-ment and the energy consu mption of the operation process,the paper provided a brand new calculation method of the safety coefficient forthe steel wire rope of the mine shaft hoisting. In the safety C oefficient calculation of the steel wire rope,the influences of each impactforce,steel wire rope torsion stress,unbalanced tension and other factors in the normal hoisting pro cess were comprehensively considered,and in combination with the bending fatigue,abrasion,corrosion,wire broken and other factors of steel wire rope,a residual broken C oeffi-cient of steel wire rope was introduced and a calculation method of safety coefficient under the normal hoisting performance was obtained.The vibration equation of h oister under the abnormal performances(full torque braking,overwinding and jamming of the hoisting contain-er) was set up. The dynamic impact features was studied and t he relevant impact coefficient was calculated. Based on the theoretical calcu-lation and analysis on each performance,the safety coefficients of steel wire rope to meet the application of requirements was set up in orderto ensure the safety application under the normal condition of steel wire rope and to ensure the no breaking occurred under the abnor-mal condition.
