    为解决传统积水采空区排水技术存在的排水时间长、准备工程量大、排水系统复杂等问题,对大柳塔煤矿22301综采工作面上覆采空区积水排放技术进行研究,采用了群孔对泵直排新技术,在深入分析上覆采空区底板起伏情况的基础上,确定主要的积水区域,然后对上覆采空区各主要积水区域分别施工多个排水孔,再将各排水孔与大功率离心泵直接对接,排放的水不再经水仓中转直接排出,而是经离心泵直接泵排至地面,简化了排水系统。结果表明:22301工作面排水所需时间比传统方法缩短了3个月,并节省大量工程及设备费用,工作面回采期间顶板基本无淋水,实现了绿色高效排放上覆采空区积水。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problems of long time drainage, great prpeare quantities and complicated drainage system of traditional water drainage technology, the drainage technology of No.22301 fully- mechanized coal mining face in Daliuta Coal Mine was researched. The paper adopted the technology of directly emissions through the group of holes to the pump, based on the detailed overlying goaf on the floor up and down situation, determined the main water area, then constructed multi ple drainage holes in overlying main water area, then the drain hole and high- power centrifugal pump directly connected, the water was drainaged directly to the groun d, no longer transfered through water sump, and simplified the drainage system. The results showed that the drainage time needed shorten than that of the traditional m ethods for three months in No.22301 fully- mechanized coal mining face, and saved a lot of engineering and equipment costs, roof basic no rain water in coal mining fa ce during the mining, implemented the green drainage overlying the purpose of goaf water efficient.
