    为有效防止田陈煤矿3下322工作面穿越3上煤层煤柱区时发生冲击地压,采用理论分析、工程类比等方法,并结合微震监测、煤粉检验数据,对煤柱区冲击地压危险性、防治措施进行研究。结果表明,开采深度、煤柱、采动等因素综合影响下煤柱区运输巷内帮为冲击危险区,推采过程中煤柱区微震事件分布异常,钻孔排粉量为设计煤粉量的1.6倍,通过超前60 m对危险区实施密集煤层钻孔进行卸压,有效防止了冲击地压的发生。实践表明,通过分析煤柱区冲击地压危险性并超前实施密集煤层钻孔卸压,可确保工作面顺利穿越煤柱区。
  • Abstract
    In order to effectively prevent the strata pressure bump occurred when No.3below322 coal mining face passed through coal pillar zone in No.3upseam, a theoretical analysis, engineering analogy and other methods were applied to a study the mine strata pressure bumping danger of the coal pillar zone and the preventi on measures in combination with a micro seismic monitoring and measuring and fine coal inspection data. The results showed that under comprehensive influences of a mining depth, coal pillar, mining operation and other factors, the solid sidewalls of the transportation gateway in the coal pillar area was a danger area of the mine strat a pressure bumping. During the mining and pushing forward process of the coal mining face, a micro- seismic event was abnormally distributed. The cutting value ofa b orehole drilling was 1. 6 times higher than the designed coal cutting value. The pressure released with intensive seam boreholes in advance of 60 m in the danger zone could effectively prevent the mine strata pressure bump occurred. The practices showed that with the analysis on the mine strata pressure bump danger in the coal pilla r zone and the pressure released with the advance intensive seam boreholes conducted, the coal mining face with a successful passed through the coal pillar zone coul d be ensured.
