高原冻土斜井高冒区注浆加固施工技术

    为解决高原冻土环境下巷道高冒区施工难度大的问题,通过现场实测及TSP200超前地质预报技术,分析掘进工作面前方围岩和水文地质情况,针对高原冻土环境下低温、低压、机械降效对夯管帷幕施工的影响,提出了采用超前大管棚帷幕注浆支护方案,并选择TT350型夯管锤进行夯管帷幕施工。结果表明:在高原冻土环境下井巷高冒区采用夯管帷幕注浆支护施工工艺,解决了低温、低压、机械降效等因素的制约,20 d完成了单根长度达30 m的夯管帷幕施工,较大幅度提高了施工效率。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the high difficult construction of the high roof falling zone in the mine roadway under the plateau permafrost environment, with the site measurements and the TSP200 advance geological prediction technology, the paper analyzed the surrounding rock and the hydrological conditions in front of the headi ng face.According to the low temperature, low atmospheric pressure and low mechanical consumption under the plateau permafrost environment affected to the constru ction of the pipe rammed curtain, an advance support plan with large pipe shield curtain and grouting was provided and a TT350 pipe ramming hammer was selected fo r the construction of the pipe rammed curtain.The results showed that the construction technique of the pipe rammed curtain and grouting support for the high roof fallin g zone in the mine roadway under the plateau permafrost environment could solve the restriction of the low temperature, low atmospheric pressure, mechanical degrad ation and other factors.A pipe rammed curtain construction with a single pipe of 30 m could be completed within 20 days and the construction efficiency was highly impr oved.
