摘要
介绍了目前国内正在运行的6种煤焦油加工工艺,分析了各种工艺的优缺点,并指出了国内传统的一塔式煤焦油蒸馏工艺存在的问题。在此基础上,得出煤焦油常压连续加热聚合法生产的沥青产品最能适合国内炭素行业的需要。从长远发展看,生产不含钠离子沥青的法国常减压煤焦油蒸馏工艺和不含中间相沥青的美国塔底循环煤焦油减压蒸馏工艺是今后煤焦油加工的发展方向。
