摘要
针对高瓦斯矿井采煤工作面采用U型通风系统时工作面及回风巷上隅角瓦斯难于治理的问题,结合屯兰矿实际情况,在28108工作面建立立体瓦斯抽采系统,通过本煤层顺层钻孔+顶板高、低位倾向钻孔+顶板走向钻孔+下邻近层钻孔+采空区煤柱钻孔+上隅角埋管抽采瓦斯,工作面瓦斯抽采率达68%以上,实现从源头上控制瓦斯;同时优化工作面配风量管理,回风巷上隅角瓦斯体积分数由0.85%降低到0.43%,生产期间工作面的回风流瓦斯体积分数稳定在0.50%以下,实现了煤与瓦斯的高效共采。

applied to the coal mining face in a high gassy mine, in combination with the actual conditions of Tunlan Mine, a gas cubic drainage system was established in No.2810
8 coal mining face. With the gas drainage operations with the boreholes along in the mining seam + high and low level inclined boreholes in the roof + boreholes along t
he strike of the roof + boreholes in the downward neighboring seam + boreholes in the coal pillars of the goaf + the pipeline buried in the goaf, the gas drainage rate of
the coal mining face was over 68% and the gas control could be realized from the gas sources. Meanwhile, the ventilation distribution management of the coal mining fa
ce was optimized and the gas volume fraction of the upper corner in the air returning gateway was reduced from 0. 85% to 0.43%. During the coal production period, th
e gas volume fraction of the air returning flow in the coal mining face was stabilized below 0. 5% and a high efficient joint mining of the coal and gas were realized.
